The grinding machine adopts the SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840Dsl distributed computer numerical control system, equipped with self-developed professional automaton control software for roller grinding machines and a user-friendly graphical operation interface for roll grinding machines. It has unique dynamic simulation functions for the grinding and measurement processes of roll grinding machines. Each CNC axis of the grinding machine is equipped with SIEMENS fully digital controlled AC servo motors, and the grinding wheel and headstock are equipped with high-performance AC spindle motors imported from SIEMENS. Due to the advantages of high accuracy, maintenance free, and strong environmental adaptability of AC servo motors and AC spindle motors, grinding machines can work reliably for a long time under harsh workshop environmental conditions. Grinding of rolling mills F1-F7 and R2 working rolls with chock:
The grinding of the work roll with chocks of the rolling mill is carried out by supporting the roll shoulder on a dedicated steady rest. The chock at the end of the headstock is directly supported and fixed by hydraulic support; The chock at the end of the tailstock adopts a circular arc gear structure, and the bottom is supported by hydraulic support blocks after flipping 90°; The flat centers of the head and tail stock extend to fix the axial positions of the rolling roll. The tailstock end is designed with a two-layer structure that can adjust the parallel busbar on the roll side. After the above installation steps are completed,you can enter the automatic grinding program.
Grinding of mill backup rolls with choks:
This function refers to the use of special tools, independent oil supply and return systems, and other special components to meet the direct grinding of F1-F7 backup rolls, R2 backup rolls, R1 work rolls, etc. with bearing seats. The installation axis of the rolls is calibrated through U1 axis and tightened by manual oil cylinder.
