Oxygen Blowing Technology- Beam Jet Lance

The beam jet lance is similar to a laser beam and can maintain its initial axial velocity over a longer distance, resulting in smaller expansion and decay of the central supersonic jet, longer blowing distance and increased penetration depth and stirring strength of the oxygen jet into the molten pool. This promotes slag reaction, uniform composition and temperature, reduces spattering and increases oxygen utilisation and metal yield. At the same time, due to the delayed decay of the jet speed, the blowing position of the oxygen gun can be increased without affecting the impact depth of the jet on the liquid, which extends the service life of the oxygen gun nozzle.

Cluster jet oxygen blowing technology can shorten the smelting cycle, reduce the consumption of resistant materials and improve the smelting capacity of the electric arc furnace.

The penetrating ability and stirring strength of the cluster oxygen jet is stronger than that of the ordinary oxygen gun, and the impact of the process and furnace body needs to be consideredㄩ
