Unmanned correction and inspection solution connects HD camera, correction switch sensor and inspection robot through 5G network, using machine vision detection, and realizes integration of AI algorithm and control logic through 5G networking + MEC edge cloud-based PLC, with strong real-time and high inspection efficiency.

3.Unmanned system for stacker

Manual stacking and reclaiming, high cost and manual positioning accuracy is low, and efficiency is not high.

The stacker reclaimer unmanned control system mainly consists of fast laser scanning, 5G precise positioning, AI intelligent identification technology, combined with the steel yard process control process to achieve real time automatic stacker   unmanned operation.

4.Remote control

The remote control system of the four major coking locomotives (coal loading car, coke pushing car, coke stopping car and coke quenching car) is built by using 5G+HD camera+infrared coding detection technology, which transmits back the HD video of the site in real time through 5G network to ensure that the monitoring in the central control room is synchronized with the operation of the production line, and the workers in the central control room can remotely control the four major locomotives to work together and use infrared coding detection technology to accurately locate the locomotives. It truly achieves unmanned and remote operation of dangerous scenes.

5.Intelligent coal distribution

The intelligent coal distribution solution adopts 5G + artificial intelligence and other technologies to model and analyze the coal distribution ratio and coke quality. It takes the data of enterprise operation, coke quality and raw materials as characteristics, and realizes accurate prediction of coke quality through extensive training, analysis and reasoning of algorithms, and constantly adjusts and optimizes the coal distribution ratio to improve production efficiency.

6.Remote monitoring

The blast furnace outlet iron temperature remote monitoring solution adopts 5G+temperature sensor/machine vision, which effectively solves the problem of difficult network maintenance with the advantages of strong anti-interference ability, stable transmission performance and no wiring of 5G network.

7.Railway car driverless + intelligent dispatching

5G+unmanned+intelligent dispatching iron and water truck system uses 5G network to efficiently connect all links to create an all-weather, automated and highly reliable operation environment. It reduces the transportation time of the iron truck and further reduces the temperature drop of the iron, thus reducing the cost of steelmaking.

8.Intelligent slagging

Intelligent slagging system uses high-definition camera/sensor to monitor the residual amount of slag protection in real time. When the residual amount reaches the threshold, the system automatically mobilizes the mechanical arm for slagging operation, and stops slagging when it reaches the specified height, the whole process is repeatedly cycled, eliminating manual operation on site, and the whole slagging process is remotely visible and controllable.

9.Intelligent overhead crane

By making full use of the large bandwidth and low latency of 5G+MEC, combined with the overhead crane scheduling algorithm and path optimization algorithm, the overhead crane is automatically controlled by the computer in the centralized control room.

10.Quality monitoring

Using 5G+machine vision inspection technology, high-definition cameras can collect strip steel images in real time, send the images to the edge platform through 5G for comparison with qualified strip steel images, automatically mark defect types, and provide early warning feedback on defects. Intelligent means can significantly improve the efficiency of quality inspection and reduce the cost of manual quality inspection.

11.Intelligent scrap grading

Intelligent scrap grading is the use of 5G + machine vision detection technology for remote grading of scrap, the establishment of a scrap model library, combined with artificial intelligence and other algorithms to achieve real-time intelligent grading of scrap, greatly improving recognition speed, stability, objectivity and accuracy, and reducing the labor intensity of workers.

12.Environmental monitoring

The 5G network can effectively avoid the problem of signal interference caused by dust, and at the same time cooperate with infrared scanning temperature measurement system, humidity information collection system, gas and smoke early warning system and dust concentration monitoring system to monitor the material yard automatically around the clock, and automatically start corresponding plans for abnormal conditions.
